    Shipping

    1. When will my order be shipped?
      We usually dispatch your products from our studio within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. 

    2. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
      You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-5 business days, depending on your location.

    3. Will I have to pay an additional fee for delivery?
      TBD provides free shipping on all its orders. 

    4. Can I get expedited shipping?
      If you would like to get expedited shipping, please write to us at care@tbdwear.com with your request and we’ll look into it as soon as possible.

    5. My order is placed. What happens next?
      - You will receive an order confirmation email from us. We usually dispatch your products from our studio within 24-48 hours of order confirmation via our trusted courier partner, Vamaship. 
      - Once the products are dispatched, a shipment email is sent to you along with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order on the website of our courier partner through the tracking code sent to you by email.
      - Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts.

    6. How do I track my order?
      Once your products are dispatched, a shipment email is sent to you along with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order on the website of our courier partner through the tracking code sent to you by email.

    7. In which cities does TBD deliver?
      We are currently in beta and hence, deliver to three states: Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Delhi. We will soon expand our deliveries to other locations in India and internationally. Stay tuned for updates.

    8. Where does your clothing ship from?
      All our inventory items ship from our studio in Mumbai, India.

     

    Returns & Exchange

    All TBD products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return and exchange policies. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, along with the tag intact. Please keep the invoice for reference.

    1. What is your return policy?
      - If you are not pleased with your purchase from TBD, just contact us at care@tbdwear.com with your order number within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of product and we will process your refund. Alternatively, you can register your return request in this link. Once the request is received, one of us will get in touch with you to confirm the same.
      - Once the request is confirmed, a reverse pick up will be arranged by our courier partners and a maximum of 3 attempts will be made to collect the return parcel. If the reverse pick up does not go through in these 3 attempts, then the return request would stand cancelled.
      - Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
      - Once received, the product will go through an internal check to ensure it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags intact.
      - A refund is processed within 24 hours after the item returned has passed quality checks. 
      - The refund amount should reflect in your bank account within 12-15 business days of receipt of garment

    2. What is your exchange policy?
      - If you would like to exchange your product, just contact us at care@tbdwear.com with your order number within fifteen (15) calendar days and we will give you the option to exchange the product with another one, be it similar or not. Alternatively, you can register your exchange request in this link. Once the request is received, one of us will get in touch with you to confirm the same.
      - Once the request is confirmed, a reverse pick up will be arranged by our courier partners and a maximum of 3 attempts will be made to collect the return parcel. If the reverse pick up does not go through in these 3 attempts, then the exchange request would stand cancelled.
      - Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
      - Once received, the product will go through an internal check to ensure it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags intact.
      - Exchange items are typically shipped within 24 hours after the item returned has passed quality checks.
      - Please note that requests for exchange will be considered a maximum of two times against the original order.

    3. How long does refund or exchange take to process?
      - It typically takes us 10-12 business days to process a return or exchange process completely. 

    4. How do I get my money back in case of returns?
      - For returns, we offer the full amount back into your original payment mode (debit/credit card, bank a/c, etc.). 
      - For COD orders, we provide a cash refund via bank transfer into your account, after confirming your bank details on email. We also provide the option of a store credit in case of returns.

    5. Does the same return/exchange policy apply to pieces bought on sale?
      - Pieces bought on sale follow the usual exchange policy. However, all items bought during sale periods are eligible for returns only against store credits.
      - Please note, however, as these items are already discounted, the cost of shipping the product back to us and reshipping from our store (flat charge of Rs. 100 each side) would have to be borne by you. For more information , you can reach out to us at care@tbdwear.com

    6. What kind of quality checks do you do on the product returned?
      - For an item to be approved for return/exchange, we request that the product  be returned in its original packaging.
      - Additionally, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and stickers intact. We check the product for makeup marks and other such stains.

    7. What do I do if my purchases are damaged or incorrect?
      - First of all, our sincerest apologies. Please take photos to document the product (in case of damage or inaccuracy) and email them to us at care@tbdwear.com along with your order number. 
      - Alternatively, you can whatsapp on our number +91 9004-674-823 with your photos and concerns. 
      - Be rest assured that we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
